The instant noodle making machine mainly consists of brine mixing machine, measuring device, dough mixing machine, disc ripening machine, monolithic rolling machine, continuous rolling machine, single layer steaming machine, sprinkling liquid mixing machine, stretching and soaking machine, round noodle cutting machine, hot oil drying machine (air cooling), inspection conveyor, electric control panel, etc.

The Equipment Of production Line:
1. Alkali water Mixing tank:water mixed with additive such as salt, alkali.
2. Alkali water measuring device: measuring the water demand for every pot flour so as to control quantitatively the salt water volume from salt water mixer into dough mixer.
3. Dough mixer: flour and water combined and mixed full.
4. Aging machine: dough aging, improve the elasticity of the flour
5. Pressing machine: pressing and cutting
6. Steaming machine: steaming the formed noodles
7. Cutting& Dividing machine: cutting, folding, dividing,, forming the dough pieces and entering boxes, it can form square or circular dough pieces from different molds.
8. Frying machine: dehydrated by frying, fixing the shape of dough pieces, making dough crispy to taste good.
9. Cooling machine: lower the temperature of dough pieces to meet the demand of packing.
10. Conveyor: conveying finished instant noodles to each packing line.
11. Packing machine: choosing sauce package packing machine as customers’request, powder packing machine, vegetable bag packing machine, pillow type packing machine (instant noodles in bags),cap tightener(instant noodles in bowls), shrink packing machine(instant noodles in bowls),folding and sealing machine and so on.

How to use:
1. Please read the introductions and specifications of the machine before operation.

3. It’s forbidden to clean the main engine of the machine with water before or after operating, and avoid the water on the machine thus to prevent leakage of the electricity.
4. IF you will clean the machine, please switch off the power firstly and clear it with dry cloth except for the main engine.
